CineMind AI Studio is an AI video-creation studio created by Dr. Mariam Ohanyan (BioMind AI Academy). You upload your own pictures, direct a scene in plain words, and an AI video model generates a genuinely new animated film from them. CineMind is being built in stages; this page describes how the studio treats your information today, honestly and in plain language.
CineMind offers two kinds of doors to the AI models:
Your pictures and your generated films belong to you. Pictures you upload are sent only to the AI provider connected for that generation, and only when you press Generate. Your projects, library items and settings are saved in your own browser's local storage, on your own device โ they are not uploaded to us. Generated films are delivered as links or files from the provider; download them from the Export Center to keep them permanently.
Do not animate a real person โ or use a real person's voice โ without that person's consent. Some AI models also refuse images that appear to contain real people's likenesses, automatically; a refusal like that is the model's safety rule, not a judgement about you. Voice cloning requires the consent of the person whose voice it is. The studio's own rule is simple: no silent alteration of anyone's face, identity or voice.
To run, CineMind relies on a small number of established providers, each under its own privacy policy:
We do not sell personal data. The studio carries no advertising trackers. We do not read, keep or trade the pictures and films you create with โ they pass to the generation provider you chose, and your projects stay in your own browser.
CineMind is operated by adults. Children's stories and cartoons are created in the studio by parents, grandparents and educators, who are responsible for the pictures they upload and for the consent of anyone shown in them.
You can delete any project, clip or library item inside the studio at any time โ deletion on your device is immediate and real. Because your projects live in your own browser, clearing your browser's site data removes them as well. For anything held on the server side, or any question about this policy, contact BioMind AI Academy through the Academy's website.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
